Program Director
Join Imagine H2O's leadership team and help scale the organization's leading ecosystem for water
innovation and entrepreneurship.
About You
You will lead multiple operating initiatives and programs for Imagine H2O's current program scope and
next phase of growth, reporting initially to the COO. We want you to have the presence, leadership
capabilities, experience to design and operate programs, raise money, and liaise with multiple
stakeholders. You need to self-start, not be too big or too small for any task, bring lots of energy, and add
to the office fun! You'll play a key role in advancing entrepreneurial solutions to water challenges.
Responsibilities



Operations: You will be a "doer" with responsibility for managing budgets to P&L goals,
designing and executing programs and initiatives.
Strategy and leadership: You'll be part of a small, nimble team making decisions,
recruiting, and building the organization
Finance: Fundraising and financial resource development

problems. Our vision is to turn water challenges into opportunities.
Our annual competitions identify promising water innovation businesses around the world. The winning
ideas advance to our Accelerator Program where entrepreneurs turn their plans into transformational
solutions. Our open innovation programming helps entrepreneurs identify problems that have social
impact and major commercial market opportunities. Imagine H2O connects the most promising plans with
world leaders in the water sector, government, and social enterprise to help turn new ideas into selffunding, high impact solutions.
Imagine H2O is located in downtown San Francisco. We have a small full-time staff joined by a volunteer
executive team, advisory board and leadership councils. A global network of water technology experts,
investors, policy leaders and experienced entrepreneurs serve as program advisors, mentors and judges.
As a team member, you will play an instrumental role in expanding and leveraging these networks to
advance Imagine H2O's mission.
Location
SF strongly preferred, but we may consider other locations depending on the candidate.
