As you know, our team has been selling a lot of the H2O Pro-TechT product line recently.
Unfortunately, we have also received a lot of complaints about our product. Though the fabric
may or may not be defective, I believe some of the common misconceptions could be prevented
by our team properly educating our consumers on the “do’s and don’ts” of wearing the H2O ProTechT.
There are several errors that can be made by customers which would hinder the effectiveness of
the H2O Pro-TechT:
 Wearing clothing such as cotton under our gear, which can influence sweating, leading to the
assumption of a faulty product
 Not properly washing and caring for the gear- an accumulation of residue can degrade the
efficiency of the clothing
 Misusing the Pit Zip feature of the product can result in the person becoming wet after use
To educate our consumers about the common mistakes made while using this product, our team
can pass the following information to the customers to further prevent the impression of a
defective product:
 For best results, recommend wearing moisture-wicking clothing under the H2O Pro-TechT,
and possibly direct him or her to our Under Armor section of the store.
 Review the proper washing techniques with the customer
 Further inform the customer about the use of the Pit Zipso When opened, sweating levels can be maintained, resulting in less moisture from
sweating
o When closed, moisture can penetrate the abilities of the gear, ending up with wet
under garments
If customers have any concerns, they may bring the gear back and our product team will examine
the product to determine if it is defective. If there aren’t any issues regarding our product, please
offer the customer some guidance on properly using his or her merchandise. You are a great set
of workers and with your expertise our H2O Pro-TechT line will rise above the rest. The feeling of
wetness will become a thing of the past!
