More about Midwest ACE Trends in Recruiting Research:
This new collaboration with Mary Scott will provide unique data as colleges and employers work
together to paint a more robust picture of the entire recruiting process, and what schools can do to
make the employer experience more fruitful. The survey includes new hires in the respective
organizations as well as qualified employment candidates currently recruiting on campuses in order to
gauge the expectations vs. realities of new hires in the corporate world. The research further parses
that data based on variables such as what school the candidate attended, and if their expectations and
experiences differ by major. This first year of research will be introduced at the 2015 Trends in
Recruiting Conference in Chicago, IL. For more information, please visit www.scottresourcegroup.com
