Calling all Saints!
Basketball season is just around the corner, and we are starting to form teams. If you are interested in
playing basketball; please fill out the below form of interest, and return it to the school office no later
than 23 October 2015. Please include physical if one is not on file with ACS not older than one year.
Physicals are required annually and must be current through the season. There is a $40.00 registration
fee per athlete to assist with the expenses of the season (Officiating fees, sports equipment, etc.).
ACS offers:
Junior Varsity Boys (4th-6th grades); Varsity Boys (7 & 8th Grades);
Junior Varsity Girls (4th-6th grades); Varsity Girls (7 & 8th Grades).
(Other interested athlets are slected on an indivuals basis)

In addition we are in need of adult volunteers. If you are interested being an assistant coach, or a team
mom or dad, score keeper, working the scoreboards, concessions, or a door monitor; please let us know.
You don’t have to have a child on the team to help us be successful. We look forward to hearing from
you!
