Volunteer Dinner Pick-Up Tuesday at Subway in Twin Lakes – Diedrich
Volunteer Deserts for Tuesday to go with Subway? Brownies Diedrich, cupcakes Taylor’s, Alter’s Chips
September 28th will be Parent’s Night at ½ time of the game. JV all must attend and sell 50/50 raffle
tickets. (except during the break where they will walk with parents at ½ time)
Homecoming – Reminder that as stated in the constitution all girls are required to participate in any
school dress up days. I will get out the schedule of dress up days out to everyone as soon as possible!
Friday Schedule- This will be Senior Night as well in conjunction with the football team. (Myra’s are in
charge here)







Game Perform at ½ time
We need Candy for the parade, separated into 32 bags- A suggestion for Donations was put on the
floor. This is a GREAT idea. If you would like to donate a bag of non-chocolate candy please send it with
your daughter to practice on or before October 2nd. From that point all candy will be given to Paula
Kildahl to determine if we need more. Then she will separate into bags for us by Friday of homecoming.
We need Dinner Picked up (subway?) The Myra’s volunteered for this and will be informed if the pick up
location will be Paddock Lake OR Twin Lakes. Food will be delivered to school by 4pm.
Sleepovers?- The Schwarz family has volunteered their house for this Friday for a Varsity only sleepover.
All that can attend are welcome. Please have your girls contact Ashley for directions and an address.
We are looking for a date for JV at the moment.

Parent Teacher Conferences do Concessions- We go approval from the Booster Club already.
We need 4 Parents/ Cheerleaders. This will be from 4-8pm on Thursday November 8th. Great
idea! I am checking on the bake sale idea to coincide.

Keep Comedy Sportz at the end of Basketball season to up funds for summer. “Require” girls to
sell. Make big work-out/time commitment consequences for not selling enough tickets
Keep Pancake Breakfast and schedule it for the first Bulldog football game hosted at Wilmot.
Usually around August. Would want a Parent Volunteer to take the lead on getting donations
for this event.
