Teacher will have students pull the letter tiles that are in the word. Teacher will demonstrate how to write the word on the CVC worksheet. Teacher will show students how to segment on their arm. ** Student is shown a picture and sounds out and spells with letter tiles. Teacher may give student the initial or ending sound if he or she is having trouble. If student finishes early or is having difficulty, he or she may draw a picture of the word.
