Dr. Gomez holds a B.S. from Pan American University, and an M.D. from the University of Texas
Health Science Center in San Antonio. Additionally, he has earned an M.S.-H.C.A. from Trinity
University. Dr. Gomex has specialized training from a Pediatrics Residency, Neonatology Fellowship,
and ECMO training.
His research interests include rescue therapies for neonatal respiratory failure.
