Dear Local Merchant:
On behalf of Saint Barbara's Parish, I am pleased to announce the upcoming Fall Festival, which
will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., followed by a pasta
dinner in the Parish Hall. As in past years, this year's festival will be a community-wide event,
which will provide fun and excitement for all ages, with many rides, games and concessions for
all to enjoy!
In preparation for the festival, members of the Fall Festival Committee have been busy meeting
with multiple vendors and entertainers who will be participating in this event. To help defray
costs, St. Barbara's respectfully requests your consideration in support of our festival. All
contributions will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way towards making the day a great
success!
A donation form is included on the reverse of this letter. Please make all checks payable to:
St. Barbara's Fall Festival. Please return the donation form and payment in the enclosed return
envelope.
