Come and join the next Vice-Chancellor's Open Forum on Tuesday March 9,
starting at 2.00 pm and finishing by 4.00 pm, in the Berrill Lecture Theatre,
Walton Hall Campus.
The theme is 'The nature and role of research in the OU of the future' and the
Vice-Chancellor will be joined by Alan Bassindale, Pro Vice-Chancellor
(Research & Staff) who will give a short presentation to stimulate our thinking.
As usual, the first part of the Open Forum will be dedicated to this topic.
During the final half hour of the Forum we will open the floor to any general
questions you may have. Everyone is very welcome to attend and join in the
debate in person, via the video conference or by webcast.
A web-based method for submitting questions prior to the event and during
the live web-cast will be available at http://stadium.open.ac.uk/berrill/ or
questions can be e-mailed to Comms group. Please mark e-mails ‘March
Open Forum’ in the subject line. Be assured all questions marked
‘anonymous’ will be treated as such. Every effort will be made to include your
questions on the day but any unanswered ones will receive a written
response via email after the event.
Staff offsite can access the webcast at the above address by using the ‘OU
Login’ link on the web page.
