2013 Hong Kong Junior & Cadet – ITTF Premium Junior
Circuit Invitation of International Umpire
The 2013 Hong Kong Junior & Cadet Open - ITTF Premium Junior Circuit will be held in
Hong Kong from 7th to 11th August 2013.
It is our pleasure to invite eight (8) active international umpires to officiate at the captioned
event. Certified URC evaluators will conduct field of play evaluations on umpires
working at this event.
You may nominate one International Umpire who has achieved Blue Badge status, or
alternatively, has attended a certified ITTF Advanced Umpire Training (AUT) course and
passed the AUT exam. You may also nominate one International Umpire (White Badge)
who has been an active International Umpire for at least two years, but has not yet had the
opportunity to attend an AUT course, or taken the AUT exam in the past 12 months.
The International Umpire will enjoy free hospitality in Hong Kong from dinner on 6th August to
breakfast on 12th August 2013. Daily allowance of USD25 per person per day would also be
provided in accordance with ITTF regulations.
We would be grateful if we could receive your nomination form on or before 24th May 2013.
This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only
nominations submitted by Associations / Federations will be considered. Nominations will
be confirmed by no later than 7th June 2013.
