Music Instrument Tuition
If your son wishes to learn a musical instrument, please complete this form.
The cost of tuition will be £185 per term for 10 lessons which is subject to annual review.
Instruments may be available for hire at a modest termly charge. It is assumed that your
son will continue from term to term and you only need to contact me if you wish to stop.
One term’s notice must be given before discontinuation, otherwise a further term’s fees will
be charged.
If your son wants to learn more than one instrument, a separate form needs to be
completed for each and a separate deposit also paid for each set of lessons.
