INFORMATION / REQUIREMENTS (read carefully!):

All applicants must agree to the statement at the bottom of the application by signing his/her full name. a.
Scholarship recipients MUST be present at the Alumni Banquet on June 20, 2015 to accept their awards. b.
Money is given directly to the scholarship recipients at the FR Alumni Banquet in the form of a check. Checks are written to the student, not the university.
2.
Completed applications are due in the FRHS Guidance Office no later than March 19,
2015 . Decisions will be made in mid-April. a.
All applications must be no more than 1 (single-sided) page. b.
Do not submit your application in a report cover. c.
All applications must be black and white so we can easily make copies.
GUIDANCE COUNSELOR REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Make applications available to qualifying seniors.
2.
