Football Club Year 4
Dear Parents / Carers
We are pleased to be able to offer a football club this term. The coach will be David
Turner who will be coaching in school and is known to the children.
We expect the club to be very popular but will limit the numbers to ensure quality to
a maximum of 16 children.
With the best will in the world, it’s hard to have enough staff to cover all the clubs
we would like to offer. Therefore, like many other schools, we have decided to invite
some outside coaches, like Sarah, to provide some of our extra-curricular clubs.
The club will take place on the following dates during our lunch break and will start at
approx. 12.30pm and finish at1.15pm:
Thursday 5th November, Thursday 12th November, Thursday 19th November,
Thursday 26th November, Thursday 2nd December & Thursday 10th December.
Children will need their PE kit for this club and must have shin pads and football
boots.
We have an EV4 form on file with your child’s medical/dietary/allergy
needs. If that form needs updating, please note any changes or additions on the slip
below before returning it to school.
