How will Ms Losse and the
Senior leadership team
improve our school?
Ms Losse, Mrs Kendrick, Miss
Walker and Miss Potter make
up the Senior leadership time
with Mrs Proffitt and Mrs
Powell who fulfil the SENCo
role for the school.
Mrs Smith and Mrs
Farnsworth are the school
business managers.

The senior leaders will
help all staff to teach the
new curriculum to all
children especially those
that sometimes find
learning difficult and
those who are not making
as much progress as we
expect.

We will do this by making
sure teachers and
teaching assistants get

young people?
What we intend to do
Assessment is all the ways that we
can check your understanding and
find out what you need help with. This
includes the feedback you are given in
class- which might be a conversation and the marking that you are
expected to respond to. Sometimes
there are tests to check your
understanding and see if you are
making good progress.
How will we help you
achieve even more?

displayed around school.
We have to be very careful about how we
use the school money and we look for ways
to both save and raise money. We are
always looking for ways to access
grants to improve the school. A grant is a
sum of money that is awarded for a
specific project. Last year, the school had
a grant to improve the kitchen and the
external fabric of the school.
 We will apply for this grant again to
improve the old heaters that are in the
classrooms. This will save money as we
won’t need to keep repairing them.
 We would like to use funds raised by
the PA to buy a new, safer stage for
your performances and concerts
 We would like to investigate making the
school even safer by having a higher
fence and a new gate. We might think
about planting around the edge of the
field to secure the perimeter further.
If possible, we would like to make
improvements to the car park.
 In the future, we would like to consider
having a special space for music lessons
and for art lessons.
