AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

After school clubs will commence on week beginning 11th January 2016 and will be run by different
providers each day, at lunch time or after school.
Please return your completed form to your child’s class teacher by Friday 8th January at the latest.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis only.
