The role will involve supporting Ethnic Minority pupils with English as an additional language in West Berkshire secondary and primary schools. We would like to hear from you if you have a minimum of 12 months experience working with ethnic minority pupils in a school environment. A willingness to learn, genuine commitment to social inclusion and the ability to use your initiative so that you make a valuable contribution to the school support team is as important as experience and qualifications.
