بسم هللا الرحمن الرحيم الحمد هلل والصالة والسالم على رسول هللا 1 www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 2 In a day, how many times do you remember Allah? Do you sit calmly after every fardh Salah to say Subhanallah 33 times, Alhamdulillah 33 times and Allahu Akbar 34 times? Or are you one among those “busy” people who rush out of the Masjid almost immediately after the Imaam says salam? www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 3 Did you ever know that everything that is created glorifies, exalts and praises its Creator? ‘The seven heavens and the earth, and all beings therein, declare His glory: there is not a thing but celebrates His Praise’ (Surah al Isra: 44) كل ّ قد علم صالته وتسبيحه ‘Each one knows its own (mode of) prayer & praise’ (Surah an-Noor: 41) www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 4 Tasbeeh is the exaltation and glorification of Allah - the single most deed through which all things created submit unquestioningly to the Glory and Majesty of Allah! www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 5 SO WHERE DO YOU STAND? www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 6 Simple things are great indeed! Let us spend a few minutes to learn a SIMPLE YET SPLENDID ISLAMIC EXPRESSION THE ZIKR OUR CREATOR LOVES THE MOST! THE EXPRESSION THAT WILL HELP YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE AND BEYOND AN INVESTMENT THAT BRINGS RICH DIVIDENDS! www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 7 Abu Dharr رضي هللا عنهreported: “The Messenger of Allah صلّى هللا عليه وسلّمsaid to me, ‘Shall I tell you the expression that is most loved by Allah?’ It is Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi” [Sahih Muslim] www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 8 This Islamic Expression, this Zikr, this PROCLAMATION declaring the Glory & Majesty of Allah is so rich in meaning that it is difficult to bring out its real import in English: In simple terms it means ‘Glory be to Allah, the Exalted, with all His Praise’. True Glory belongs to Allah Who is free of all faults; free of all needs! www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 9 Abu Hurayrah رضي هللا عنهsaid that the Messenger of Allah صلّى هللا عليه وسلّمsaid: “He who says SUBHANALLAHI WA BI HAMDIHI one hundred times a day, his/her sins will be forgiven even if they are equal to the extent of the form of the ocean” (Bukhari, Muslim) Here, sins mean minor sins and those that do not relate to the Rights of the people www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 10 Jabir رضي هللا عنهreported that the Prophet صلّى هللا عليه وسلّمsaid, "For him who says ‘Subhanallahi wa bi hamdihi’ a palm-tree will be planted in Jannah.” [At-Tirmidhi]. www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 11 IF YOU SAY: SUBHANALLAHI WA BI HAMDI HI One hundred times • ALL your minor sins are forgiven! • HUNDRED date-palm trees are planted for you in the Jannah! www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 12 Our glorious Prophet Muhammad صلّى هللا عليه وسلّم said in a beautiful and eloquent way: www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 13 ”كلمتان خفيفتان على اللسان ثقيلتان في الميزان: سبحان هللا وبحمده سبحان هللا العظيم“ 14 www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com "There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy in the Scales and are most dear to the Merciful: Subhanallahi wa bi hamdi hi, Subhanallahil Azeem” (Narrated by Abu Hurayrah رضي هللا عنهin Al-Bukhari and Muslim) “Glory be to Allah with all His Praise. Glory be to Allah, the Greatest”. All Perfection, All Greatness, All Praise belongs only to Allah and none else! www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 15 None does any favour to Allah by remembering Him! None does any harm to Allah by not remembering Him! www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 16 WE NEED ALLAH! ALLAH DOESN’T NEED US! www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 17 Saying this Tasbeeh is rewarding! If only We Muslims practice!! www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 18 Let me conclude with this dua: الله ّم اع ّني على ذكرك وشكرك وحسن عبادتك O Allah! I desperately need Your help to remember You, to be grateful unto You and to worship You in the best possible way. www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com 19 Jazakallah Khair for viewing this presentation Presented by MUQITH MUJTABA ALI www.yassarnalquran.wordpress.com
