Conclusion:
My hypothesis was correct. I predicted that if we rub the
balloon against the wool scarf three times then the balloon
will stick onto the wall longer than if we rub it one time
and that is exactly what happened. The highest data point
is three rubs with an average of 8 minutes and 56 seconds.
The low data point was zero rubs with an average of 0
seconds. In this investigation I learned that the more you
rub a balloon against a wool scarf the more static
electricity there is.
