Team Leader Problems
Teams are the most
fundamental building
blocks of society
We therefore need to utilize teams
which benefit our organization so it can
be successful and that help individuals
grow in their leadership capabilities
Teamwork is essential
for a productive
organization
We therefore need to develop teams in an
effective and efficient structure and use
current “best practices” to ensure
success; this includes giving team
members the knowledge and resources to
achieve success.
SYNERGY
The whole is greater
than the sum of its parts
We therefore need to have
organizations that embrace diversity,
teams that are encouraged to be
creative and team members who are
engaged.
