OUR STORY…
In 1975 I founded with my partner the Frigotermica
Company; today I’m here to present our 37 years of
experience in the Design, Manufacture, Supply,
Installation and Commissiong / start-up of HVAC
Systems.
Our story
From 1975 to 1985
Expression of tradition, Frigotermica was born in 1975.
The Company is managed to get into in realization of air conditioning systems and
manufacture of special components needed to single customers, meeting a good success.

From 1985 to 1995
In the eighties, after the acquisition more experience
in the Oil & Gas field and in the chemical industry,
Frigotermica manages to win several contracts in
these areas.
Always looking for new challenges, Frigotermica
begins to study and to produce standard products
such refrigeration unit, electrical control panels, air
handling unit.
In 1982 Frigotermica goes beyond national borders to
expand its market in Europe and Africa.
Our story
From 1995 to 2005
In 1996 Frigotermica obtains the UNI-EN-ISO 9001
(ISO 9001:94), which since then it has never left the
company.
In the nineties our purpose was to internationalize
our business increasingly, to bring our italian product
in South East Asia, Black Africa and Middle East.
So we have established company Frigotermica
Nigeria which it is specialized in services for local
Oil & Gas service companies
After 2000 with the arrival of new generations, we
were able to further improve our society.

From 2005 ‘til Today
With the assistance of skilled technicians, young men
introduced in the engineering dept., Frigotermica has
been able to increase the customers and to improve
the quality of the final product.
This new expansion has allowed the division of
Frigotermica in four departments listed below, each
with its own manager:
• COMMERCIAL Department
• ENGINEERING Department
• MACHINERY Department
• ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANELS Department
Commercial Department
This dept., which I chair, maintains relationships with
all customers.
It routes the Engineering Dept., for the works
acquisition.
It supervises the qualfication internal procedure with
the customer.
It issues the economic and technical offers for
submission to various customers.
It talks over the economically and technically deals
with different customers
It receives and assigns the various construction
contracts to the most qualified technicians.
Engineering Department
This dept. takes charge of:
•Develop the engineering details of
each Job Order;
•Discuss technically the project with
customer engineers;
•Realize offers request offers to all
sub-suppliers
•Plan with the Machinery dept. the realization
of each units;
•Receipt, Check, Tests with the customer and
Pack the contract material;
• Draw up the Final Documentation.
Machinery Department
This dept. takes charge of:
•Study and realize with engineering
each units;
•Edit all customers required
documents;
• Serch the materials according with
customers specification;
Electrical Control Panel Department
•This departamet takes charge of :
•Plan and produce with Engineering
Departament each electrical control
panel to be realize:
•Edit all customers required
documents;
•Serch the materials according with
customers specification;
