Our structured courses include: This is a beginners course to enable users totally new to IT, to become comfortable with the online world. Advanced IT Skills The IT Essentials: PC Hardware and Software curriculum provides an introduction to the computer hardware and software skills needed to help meet the growing demand for entry-level information and communication technology (ICT) professionals. Recycled IT Equipment Donations Because of the unique way in which we deliver our IT training, we are able to offer reusable IT equipment to the public on a donation basis. Not only does this help members of the community obtain a computer system, but also prevents IT equipment from entering landfill and offers our students the opportunity to help others and gain valuable work experience that compliments their academic achievements. Service Level Agreements • Our Staff have many years experience of operating IT service level agreements and will cater for all of your IT needs on a contract basis. We offer services such as: • Data Services - We can perform secure Data destruction, 1st level recovery and backup solutions, both remote and local. • Networking - We can perform both wired and wireless connectivity to suite your needs. Maintenance • We can perform routine maintenance on your systems to ensure they remain fully operational, making sure they have the latest updates, device drivers, virus definitions as well as performing full component tests and system cleanup. I.T. Consultancy • We have project managed many I.T. projects over the years and can offer advice, guidance & support from beginning to end. • We can perform a site visit and produce a detailed report based on sound recommendations, including sourcing suppliers. • Because of the unique way in which we operate and our long running track record, we are confident you will not be disappointed. • Our prices start at an amazing £125.00 for an initial site visit and consultation to produce a workable I.T. solution. Waste Electrical and Electronics Equipment (WEEE) Disposal • We are fully licensed with the environmental agency to collect redundant I.T. equipment. • We are also part of the Microsoft Authorised Refurbish scheme (MAR) and have an I.T. donation programme in place • Because we are also a Cisco centre, all recycled equipment is used for training before being re-introduced into the community. • We also have a fully auditable route for all non-usable I.T. equipment that we have built up over the years. • Charges start at £5 per item!
