I.T. Disaster Prevention & Recovery
Is this your I.T. Contingency Plan?
If it is then you need this course!
I.T. Disaster Prevention & Recovery
How much would you lose on IT downtime?
Do you have an IT recovery plan?
A recent Microsoft study of the Black Country discovered that the area has some of the lowest levels of
practical IT skills not only in the UK but most of Europe. From our own experience of dealing with
organisations within this area, we can back that research up.
This is why we have designed a course specifically to deal with the minimum skills that every organisation
should know. You can be sure that by taking this course you will gain skills that could potentially save you
£1000's in lost IT system time.
This 1 day course covers:
- How to keep your IT systems running ( Where to find drivers, updates, virus definitions, Hardware checks etc)
- Basic PC repair and upgrade skills
- How to implement a robust Data backup system
- How to recover from an IT disaster
This course is packed with valuable information delivered by tutors that continue to work in the field
at organisations like yours on a daily basis, so know what IT problems you could face. We also
know that learning new IT skills is one thing but implementing them is another. That's why you will
also receive a free recycled PC base unit to practice your new found skills so you can gain the
confidence to implement your skills into your IT own systems.
