NSB Group has been in existence since the last 30
years. What started out as an Accounting practice
with just 1 person, is today a group that has 3500+
people associated with it Globally.
The companies under its fold have been growing
rapidly over the years. Even during the economic
down turn the group has seen a continual growth
both in its client base and also it employees.
The companies in the group have been created with a
vision so that they are forward & backward integrated
with the other group companies, thus providing value
to it clients and growth to its employees. Also this
gives the group companies a strong foothold in the
market to face any downturn in the economic
conditions at the same time providing it clients an

Mr. Narayan Bhargava - Chairman & Director
Mr. Narayan Bhargava is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years of
wide experience in the field of loan syndication, Merchant Banking,
Management of Public issues etc. He is an entrepreneur and
promoter of NSB Group of companies. He started this journey in the
year 1990 with only a 5 member team which has gone on to become
6500+ in 2012 with a nationwide presence.
Mr. Bhargava is a true visionary. He is 1st generation entrepreneur
and a through professional. He believes in creating wealth & value
for his Clients, Employees, Vendors and stakeholders. He has been
the driving factor behind the Group’s success and growth. He himself
heads the Corporate Governance Structure of all his group companies
to ensure that the ethics & transparency of the business is not
diluted at any time for the external & internal stakeholders.
In the years 2009 NSB Group through the M&A route took majority stake in Vital Link Consultancy
Services Pvt. Ltd; a International BPO/ Call Center company having operations in Pune & Mumbai.
In the year 2010 Shell Transource Pvt. Ltd. a Domestic BPO/ Call center company in Inbound &
Outbound Domestic Voice Processes & also Domestic Back Office Processes operating out of 11
centers & 400 location Pan-India with 4000+ people and a part of the NSB Group was acquired by
Vertex a UK based group. For its strong business lines and value.
The companies under the NSB Group are both forward & backward integrated with the services that
they offer hence realizing the vision of Mr. Bhargave to create an entity which offers end-to-end
solutions & services to its clients, at the same time retaining the characteristics & attributes of
those services & offerings as separate entities focused on the core activities associated to those
organizations.
