Pre-Game Contact
• If you are listed as the Referee in a 2 man or 3
man system YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for
contacting (email or phone call) your crew 48
HOURS BEFORE KICKOFF
• Be sure you get confirmation from your
partner(s)
• Email me at 9 PM the night before the scheduled
contest if no response after email or call
• If you are not the assistant referee and you hear
nothing from the REFEREE, contact them. If
you still get no response, email me
Post Game
Responsibility
• If you are the referee in a 2 or 3 man
system, you are responsible for filling out
the match report
• Fill out the match report in the NOTES
section in ARBITER
• If you have a red card, I need a phone call.
• After we talk, you need to fill out a
ejection/disqualification report on the
NCHSAA website
Pre-Game Arrival
• You must be on the field 15 MINUTES prior to
kickoff for any contest that starts before 6:15 PM
• You must be on the field 30 MINUTES prior to
kickoff for any contest that starts after 6:30 PM
(This includes 6:45 and 7:00 PM starts)
• If you can’t be there before that time, don’t
accept the game
• Be sure your AVAILABILITY mirrors this as well
Assignments
• All Assignments will go out on Monday. They
will cover 2 weeks out.
• For example, Assignments for August 20-31 will
go out on August 12. The assignments for
September 3-8 will go out on August 19.
• You will have 48 hours to accept your
assignments.
• Turn backs will be assigned the Wednesday
after the assignments go out

• Any NCHSAA HIGH SCHOOL (JV or
VARSITY) GAME=NCHSAA Badge
• Any Middle School Game=TRIANGLE
BADGE
• ANY Private (NCISAA) School
Game=TRIANGLE BADGE

Primary Socks are the 3 Stripe
MAKE SURE THE CREW LOOKS THE SAME

ARBITER MUSTS
• Make sure your blocks are frequently
updated
• You need to have a PROFESSIONAL
picture in your profile (Prefered head/torso
shot in professional attire)
• Enable the SHARING function so I can
see where you are working. I ask this so I
can get you a game before another game
for another assignor
