Background: To support a Atelier Moet Artisan workshop, based in London’s Bond Street, PHL set up
an order-line allowing customers to purchase a personalised bottle of Moet ranging from a 75cl Bottle to
a 15L Nebuchadnezzar! Each bottle was hand crafted with a unique personalisation, spelt out in
dazzling Swarovski Crystals.
Handling Challenge: PHL managed every stage in the execution of
this novel promotion; from providing the customer order-line and taking
phone payments to personalising the bottles of Champagne by hand.
All orders received by 1pm were processed for a next day delivery and
a high level of quality assurance, presentation and customer service
was required for every step of this activity.
