Mr. Mason has been at Host Hotels and Resorts since 1996 and manages a portfolio of 38 upper upscale and luxury hotels in resort,
convention and urban settings. Properties are located in the Western US, Hawaii, Central and South Americas. Prior to Host, Mr. Mason held
senior positions with Carey Winston, Balcor, and Laventhol and Horwath Consulting Mr. Mason graduated from Cornell University’s School of
Hotel Administration in 1985 and holds advanced degrees from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and Johns Hopkins’ Carey
School of Business.
