Call Distribution: SURVOP
» Reminder:
– A super-group is made of several HG not defined on the same
ACS/Gateway. Its role is to perform help services between HD, to
perform some back-up mode and to have sets defined on different
ACS on the same number  In R4.2 a supergroup is defined either
with SURVOP or through the IAE interface.
– SURVOP manage Group and Super-group + provide HG and Operator
Console supervision on a V24 interface.
» SURVOP does not exist anymore in R5.1
 Some features coming from SURVOP are now managed
by AMP, and soon on IAE/SAE.

i2070: Configuration
» i2070 has to know which directory he has to use.
» This directory is one of the following directory:
– LDAP Directory  IP@ and login-password has to be defined in the
i2070 (login-password is defined on CS or Gateway’s directory).
– SDS Directory, then the existing parameters will be used.
» A session made from the administrator is mandatory to
program and configure i2070.

» i2070 R5.1 are able to be connected to all iPbx from R1.3.
» IPBX/CS R5.1 do not accept i2070 in a previous release
» i2070 R5.1 connected to an IPBX R4.2 has the same features as an i2070
R2.2 connected to an iPbx in R4.2.
– Reminder this 12070 R5.1 will use the SDS directory
» In a multisite configuration an i2070 R5.1 is able to work in the LDAP
directory mode as soon as a R5.1 iPbx is available in this multisite:
