Nomination Process Nominations are to be submitted to the Employee Spirit Committee by completing the online nomination form or by sending a hard copy to Linda Fillmore, The Standard Life Building, 9th Floor – 120 King Street West. Employee Spirit Nomination Form The committee reviews all nominations against the award criteria, and if necessary, seeks endorsement from the individual/teams immediate manager/supervisor in order to determine award recipients. For nominations received that do not meet the award criteria the committee will contact the nominator by email/phone to advise them of the status of their nomination. City of Hamilton employees have the opportunity to formally recognize and celebrate the outstanding achievements and contributions of others in the workplace who they feel embody the City of Hamilton culture pillars and corporate values. Employee Spirit Committee The Committee, composed of employees from different city departments, was established to coordinate the Employee Spirit Program. All City of Hamilton employees are eligible to nominate and be nominated for this award.
