Arrangements envisaged • Airport Pick-up and Drop : - In Monday 13th, May, 2013 VEIA staff will be at the Noi Bai International Airport to receive and arrange transportation and coordinating welcome of each delegates and onward transportation to Hotel. - Other VEIA staff will be at Hanoi Daewoo Hotel Reception to coordinate and receive and guide the guest for easy check-in. Hotel will do traditional Vietnamese Welcome to all guest and a separate Desk for documentation at the Hotel Lobby.
