• Constant and desirable source of business for TSP and Agents; In
2010 there were 22,800 international shipments
• Continued transition from control of US Despatch Agency to that of
door-to-door shipments through GSA CHAMP Program
• DOS cooperating with US Department of Defense; manage DOD
shipments for military personnel assigned to US Embassies and
Consulates
• DOD/DOS program will continue and new destinations will be

As of September 1, 2011 – Total ISA Membership = 222
 Established 1999 as a collective buying group; now operates with its
own corporate identity and Board of Directors
Patronage dividend of $75,000 being distributed to 144 participants
based on 2010 through-put in the North Atlantic
 Service Contract and ISA Agency Agreement in place for
military/government shipments in Pacific trade lanes
 Commercial expansion efforts seeing recent success (Mallory
Alexander International Logistics, Direct Container Lines/Vanguard
Logistics & S.E.A. Corp.)
 Membership open to IAM and non-IAM members
