2.Every Member of deals 4 buddy will have a Privilege card which contains name of customer, card
validity, unique card number, photo & signature etc.
3.The concept is for fixed price stores, so if individual discounts are given in advance, card discounts have
to be entertained further.
4.The listing will be online to promote your business on www.deals4buddy.com
5.Vendors has to check the required fields of customers: his photo & validity etc.
6.Discount is to be provided on total billing to the card-holder & valid for member & three guests only.
7.Vendors can call deals 4 buddy in case of any query between office timing i.e. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
8.Vendors/Merchant can create & update his profile online.
9.Apart from regular discount, vendors can also update special discounts & schemes or mail us at
info@deals 4buddy.com
10.Company have the right to update & remove any information of vendor from the website if founds
not legal.
11. In any dispute, agreement can be terminated upon mutual understanding between deals 4 buddy &
vendor/merchant but without any loss to customer and deals 4 buddy.
12.Agreement can be minimum of one year duration and maximum it can depend on vendors. Vendor
can renew it again in next year & so on.
13.Vendors have give his one photo, id proof, visiting card during signing the contract. Your Id & photo
will not be misused.
•14.All disputes shall be readdressed to the jaipur Jurisdictions only.
