Pulmonary Stenosis
Narrowing at the entrance to the pulmonary artery
Resistance to blood flow causes right ventricular hypertrophy and decreased pulmonary blood flow.
Manifestations

Right ventricular hypertrophy
•
Asymptomatic to mild cyanosis and heart failure
•
Heart murmur
•
Cardiomegaly on chest x-ray
Treatment
Transcatheter balloon or surgical valvotomy
