As the management team responsible for overseeing the activity, we focused on providing a supportive and organized environment for both teachers and students. This narrative report outlines the management guidelines implemented to facilitate the smooth execution of the School-Based LAC on Conducting Research. 1. Pre-Activity Planning: Effective planning was critical to the success of the activity. We established clear learning objectives, identified resources needed, and formed a management committee comprising experienced teachers and school administrators. The committee played a pivotal role in decision-making, task delegation, and monitoring progress throughout the event. 2. Timely Communication: Open and timely communication was key to keeping all stakeholders informed about the activity's details and expectations. Mentoring and Support: To assist students throughout the research process, we assigned experienced teachers as mentors to guide them during proposal development, data collection, analysis, and presentation. The mentors offered personalized feedback and support, fostering a positive learning experience for the students. 5. Flexible Schedule: Recognizing that students might have other academic commitments, we designed a flexible schedule for the activity. We balanced theoretical sessions with practical exercises to accommodate different learning styles and to ensure that students could manage their time effectively. 6.
