ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF THE GRADE 9 DYNAMISM
HOMEROOM PTA
S.Y. 2021-2022
I.
INTRODUCTION
Parent –Teachers Associations is one of the most
significant organizations in the school community. The vital
role signifies good partnership in terms of the
implementation of the programs and projects in the school
itself. The association revitalizing endeavor of effort to
exist the good result of one program. On this part output
and outcomes resulted of the success. The school itself
could not stand alone without the help of the PTA officials.
Quarterly, the meeting process for the progress and
development of the program implemented.
II. OBJECTIVES
1. To promote harmonious relationship.
2. To utilize as functional partner of the school stakeholders.
3. To help the school for the implementation of the programs
and projects.
4. To promote school-community friendly environment.

1. Homeroom Meetings was done every quarter.
2. In this process, the homeroom adviser and parents were
able to successfully monitor the attendance of the
learners under the MODULAR LEARNING MODE.
3. Parents were able to attend Orientations and General
Assemblies initiated by the school.
IV.
PROBLEMS MET
1. Other parents lack of coordination and participation in
the Modular Learning
2. Lack of fund for homeroom projects
3. Other parents lack of support for the students’ Home
Learning

CONCLUSIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Still implementing the success of the program.
2. Focus on good plan before the implementation.
