Craft a letter to inform the principal about LAC session. 2. Create the memo signed by the master teachers, head teacher and the principal. 3. Assign the speaker for the session. 4. Disseminate the memo to the teachers. 5. Prepare materials for the session. If there will be unexpected or irregular expenses incurred in the implementation of the programs there should always be a contingency plan. If there is an inadequate fund with the unplanned expenses, be assured that the program will be completed within the budget. Communication risks like misinformation among the teachers and stakeholders. Budget-related risks such as deficiency or mismanagement of funds due to unplanned expenses. If all these mentioned risks arise during the implementation of the program, a reliable contingency plan should back this up. For the technology and communication risks, prepare learning resources or materials in printed copies to avoid delay and disseminate memorandum or letter to all the persons concerned for advance notice.
