the success of the Action Plan and
how you plan to manage these to
ensure success

Technological-related risks such
as loss of electric power or
gadget malfunction.

Communication risks like
misinformation among the
teachers and stakeholders.

Budget-related risks such as
deficiency or mismanagement of
funds due to unplanned
expenses.
If all these mentioned risks arise during
the implementation of the program, a
reliable contingency plan should back
this up. For the technology and
communication risks, prepare learning
resources or materials in printed copies
to avoid delay and disseminate
memorandum or letter to all the persons
concerned for advance notice. Lastly,
with regards to the budget risks, make
sure to allot the funds with in limit.
