13.We will stop being IRRESPONSIBLE ask for help as and when required

16. We will not DISTRACT OUR COLLEAGUES by stealing Council time to
watch movies, using earphones to listen to music, phone on WhatsApp,
FaceBook, Instagram, etc. or taking photos during working hours
