Check the tablet system as some customers found
issues that avoid the intended quick checkout.
Some of customers experience was related to:
They only had cash and the waiter needed to
process the payment differently.
They desired to just check out with their phone.
The tablet froze.

Discuss with the kitchen personal why some orders
were not prepared correctly.
Some of customers experience was related to:
 Wrong entree.
 Wrong substitution.
 Entree overcooked.
 Mashed potatoes instead of fries.
