Tabletop Menu Tablet Installation and Pilot Launch 16 February, 2023 Project Summary We are initiating an idea to roll out pilot launch of Tabletop Menu Tablet in our restaurant to serve more guests in less time and also provide valuable data that will help Sauce & Spoon meet its business goals. Project Goals ● To increase the restaurant product mix by upselling appetizers by 15% by the end of Q2 ● To reduce food waste 25% through clear and documentable ordering system by the end of Q2 ● To reduce average table-turn-times by 30 minutes by the end of Q2 ● To increase our average daily guest counts by 10% by the end of Q2 Deliverables ● To reduce average table-turn-times by 30 minutes in order to increase our average daily guest counts by 10% ● Implement a digital menu and point-of-sale (POS) system that will be guest-facing. This initiative will take the form of a fully integrated tablet system located at each table to offer guests a seamless ordering experience—and at the same time provide the restaurant with a more effective ticketing system.
