The property we saw on Thursday was a solid property. My initial take on it was that it was kept up with
very well. The roof and overall foundation of the building was in great shape, besides the broken ramp
in the backyard. Once we went inside the property, the only bad thing I noticed was the long crack along
the top ceiling in the living room. The hardwood floors were in tact, not scratched, and most of the walls
from what I can remember looked good. I thought the building was in great shape along with the
furniture that was left behind and would be a great investment. The most important thing I learned
from the field trip was the importance of having a good roof on a property.
