HEALTH Health is one of the most important issues due to the pandemic. For example, when the quarantine began, many people focused on being in good physical condition because they wanted to avoid getting the virus. I believe that there are many important activities to stay healthy. My cousin, who is a trainer, says that one activity that cannot be missing from our daily routine is to do some warm-up exercises and basic exercise to keep us in good physical condition. But every good workout is always accompanied by a balanced diet. That's why my aunt, who is a nutritionist, always says that eating a lot of vegetables is essential. She even has a book which is very helpful for people who are just starting to take care of their diet. Another thing I think people should do is get therapy. Regarding the mental issues, I believe that the students are the ones who should receive some sessions. I think all the students who had a hard time during quarantine and didn't get enough attention will definitely have a few problems going back to normal classes. Regarding the parents, they are the ones who assumed great economic problems. In my case, my parents had to look for new ways to generate monetary income and that is how they met a woman who was looking for new workers for her factory, which was a great opportunity for my parents. I know it was very difficult for them but they were able to overcome the bad situations. Now that things are a little better and that we have enough monetary income, they are calmer. To conclude, both mental and physical health are extremely important. All people should take time to worry about themselves in both aspects and not ignore any discomfort because that could save them a lot of problems in the future.
