We can improve your health by keeping a balanced diet. We should eat foods that contain vitamins and minerals. This includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy, and a source of protein. It can be hard to change your eating habits. It helps to focus on small changes. Making changes to your diet may also be beneficial if you have diseases that can be worsened by the things you eat or drink. Symptoms from conditions such as kidney disease, lactose intolerance, and celiac disease can all benefit from changes in diet. Keeping track of the food we intake by monitoring and writing it down will help us asses our diet, if we need more or less from certain food groups. Getting older does not have to mean getting sicker. We are all about healthy aging and we should not be attached to supplements only but instead we should much consider eating the foods that are grown naturally and are already available on our surroundings.
