Blue Print Draft Assignment Rubric The test blueprint includes critical information about the number of questions, score points, and depth of knowledge for items associated with each assessment target. They will continue to guide the development of questions, score reporting, and student achievement. Blueprint Criteria Advanced Criteria (5 points) each Needs improvement (2 points each) Identified Standard(s) to be assessed Depth of Knowledge for each question All standards are addressed Appropriate DOK is assigned to items Number of Questions are appropriate to evaluate the standard Number of questions is sufficient to evaluate the standard(s) Score Points are appropriate to the Depth of Knowledge (DOK 3 questions should have more weight than DOK 2 or 1) Score points are aligned to the rigor or complexity of the test items Standard is not completely addressed DOK Level is not sufficient to address complexity of the standard Number of questions will partially address the expectations of the standard Score point is not sufficient for the rigor or complexity of the standard.
