Jihad in Islamic teaching can be connoted as peace because Jihad is classified by Islamic scholar into
parts that Jihad is about struggling with one’s soul, speech, body and wealth so that the message of
Allah reaches all humanity, Jihad is not limited to war, it does not mean that Jihad is all about violent
wars where muslims are fighting against the Islamic oppressor, Jihad also means that such muslim
individual is able to restrict itself from all sort of ill mannered situtions and also to those who travels
and seek more knowledge about Islam. Jihad is simply about striving and struggling in the way of Allah.
It means that you live in all accordance of Allah’s will, those who live in Allah’s will and avoid what
is haram is able to do Jihad that we able to be at peace with the words of Allah because we strive what
is best for us in the afterlife.
