For safety purpose, it is a rule that buildings built in 1994 and backs wards shall be assumed as asbestos content, if fibre cement sheets/board or any other asbestos content material are used in the building. 7. RECOMMENDATION (Sample only) ( It is recommended, that all existing fibre cement board lining, in the buildings assessed are to be removed, by a qualified asbestos removal specialist and properly dispose at recommended location away from buildings, drinking water sources buried in the ground.
