Homework # 2 Install Linux

In this assignment you are to install Linux OS on your laptop.
You can install it as stand alone or side by side with Windows. Another but less in value is to use
one of the available virtual machines to install it.
Please submit the assignment in one MS Word file with a proper title. The report must show
pictures of installation process.
The final Linux desktop must be shown with a picture with a folder that has your name and
number as its name.
You can use the command mkdir to create a directory (folder) on the desktop from the
command terminal.
