AdministratoraccesstotheDePaulLearningManagementSystem(LMS)islimitedtostaff
memberswithinstructionalandtechnicalsupportroles.LMSadministratorsareallowedto
accesscoursesforcoursedesign,technical,andstudentsupportonly.Anyotheraccessmust
beauthorizedbytheinstructorofrecord
ForAcademicAdministrators
1. Academicadminshavetherightandresponsibilitytoensurequalityofinstructionat
DePaul,andthustheyhavetherighttoseecoursestaughtbytheirfacultyastheyhave
therighttoenteraclassroomwhereinstructionisconducted;
2. Academicadminsmustinformfacultyoftheirintentiontoaccesstheircoursesin
advanceofrequestingsuchaccess;
3. Accessshouldbegrantedonlyuponproofthatthefacultyhasbeeninformed.
