Global Chem-Feed Solutions (GCS) provides custom equipment for Electric Generating Plants,
Hydrocarbon/Petrochemical Plants, and Heavy Industrial manufacturing plants.
PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY GCS:
Custom skid mounted chemical dosing systems for injection of chemicals into boilers, cooling
water, and process applications. Systems include skid-mounted tanks, pumps, piping, wiring and
local control panels, completely assembled for set in place installation.
Fugitive Dust Suppression systems for material handling and storage pile applications. Treatment
areas include unloading, crushing, transfer, load out and reclaim.
Systems are custom designed and fabricated to meet customer applications.
Conformance with applicable specifications and Industry Codes and Standards is integral to
system design and fabrication, e.g. ASME, ASTM, NEMA, NEC, UL, CSA, CUL, etc.
EXPERIENCED PERSONNEL
Since start-up in 2005, Global Chem-Feed Solutions has assembled a seasoned team of skilled
Managers, Engineers and craftsman. With nearly zero turnover, this team of experienced
employees has earned strong acceptance in the marketplace, resulting in uninterrupted growth
since company founding.

Summary of Senior Executive Team:
Managing Director, Bill Herbert, Jr. was formerly a lead estimator for 17 years and QA manager
for 10 years at a firm that manufactures custom skid mounted feed systems.
Marketing Director, Bill Herbert, Sr. was formerly the Sales Manager at a firm that supplies
custom skid mounted chemical feed systems for more than 27 years. Prior to that, he was in
chemical and systems sales at GE Betz for 10 years.
Mechanical Engineering Manager, Bill McGurney, has Environmental Engineering degree with
several years experience in custom system design. GCS staff includes mechanical and electrical
engineers as well as experienced water treatment personnel as part of the technical department.
Project engineers have several years experience with custom systems.
Sales Manager, Don Crawford, has over 25 years senior management experience in the Water
Treatment Industry, as past President of the Dearborn Division of WR Grace and Executive
Vice-President at GE-Betz.
Production Manager, Chris Herbert, has served as shop foreman for more than 20 years and has
been an ASME IX code certified welder for 30 years. Production department personnel have
many years experience in a variety of fabrication trades including tubing, piping, wiring and
welding.
Collectively GCS management personnel have more than 150 years experience working with
owners, engineering firms and contractors to produce high quality, cost effective products in a
timely manner.
GCS also has a staff fluent in Spanish and Italian languages.
DOCUMENTATION
Quality Assurance Program is ISO 9001-2000 compliant to provide quality documentation and
products. GCS has ANSI B31.1 and ANSI B31.3 certifications and has had the Q/A program
audited by several major engineering firms and customers.

FACILITY
The 2015 Stout Drive facility is located on 3.5 acres. Office is 1,912sq.ft, and shop is
11,904sq.ft, with additional outside storage available.
Communications is via high-speed Internet.
The office and plant are close to interstate highway systems and can export from the ports of
Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey and Baltimore, MD.
The owners, managers and employees of GCS are dedicated to customer satisfaction. The goal of
