myfactory.HRM (Human Resource Management) is
the integrated employee management system within
myfactory: Here you can conveniently manage all
information on your employees such as employment
data, tax information, health insurance data, information
on wage scales and bonuses. Data like professional qualifications and CVs can also be simply maintained. Companies
that are organised in a decentralised manner can benefit significantly from this straight away as the physical personnel files can
only be stored in a single location.
Time recording
Time recording forms the basis for all invoicing for customers
(with secondments) as well as for payroll accounting information for the staff.
A powerful time recording system enables services to be displayed relative to an order, a project or a customer, without
huge effort. All work supplied can thus be traced at any time
without difficulties in myfactory.HRM. ­
Approvals
Secondments of employees to other companies can be processed with
myfactory.HRM. Invoicing for the companies can be generated automatically
by means of the working times recorded. Another good example for the integrated application within the myfactory product family. A secondment can on
the one hand be considered as a temporary transfer of the employment of a
staff member from one company to the next, and on the other hand can be
viewed as a long-term change of employer from the employee›s perspective.

Evaluations
With myfactory.HRM you have a variety of useful assessments
available. Starting with entry and exit lists for the employees
through time difference lists (recorded times to available times)
and on to a «timesheet» as the basis for payroll accounting. In
doing so the times recorded can be used as a basis for your
own payroll accounting and/or for the calculation base for
customer billing.
