Our Super Fast Clean & Fast Clean nozzles, ensure the best finish quality to
the operator being manufactured in our production facility, allowing:
- Savings in both time and materials.
- Less frequent replacements.
- Increased productivity.
The nozzle size can be identified by the printed numbers on it, which allow an
easy reading even when the nozzle is covered with paint: the first two digits
indicates the diameter of the hole, while the second two digits indicates the spray
angle.

The airless technology of Larius road marking machines provides the highpressure paint spraying through a nozzle of thou of inch, in the opposed to
traditional low-pressure spraying where the paint flow is atomized by air spray support.
What are the advantages?
- The cleaning of the airless road marking machines is fast since there is no
pressurized tank to be cleaned. Therefore colour changing operations can be
performed extremely quickly.
- Airless spray provides clean, straight lines and markings, thanks to the flat-cut
nozzle, and prevents the jagged effects which can result from air turbulence.
- Up to 30% paint savings, a consistent reduction in environmental impact and
improved operator safety thanks to the absence of the classic “Overspray” device
which is characteristic of pressurised air painting.
- Easy use: the line markers are equipped with a 360° frontal rotating wheel which
improves agility, even in the larger models.

The pump can be used with manual or automatic Star 2001
electrostatic spray gun, powered by an electric generator with
a low voltage power cable.
The voltage multiplier is inside the spray gun.
In order to paint parts which are subject to the “Faraday cage”
effect, the electrostatic charge can be excluded through the
switch positionned on the handle, without switching off the
generator itself.
Each model of spray gun is also available in the version
for highly conductible water-based paints applications
and each model is equipped with three independent
adjustments: air atomization, air spray control and
product flow.
