Technician B(Customer Srvice Aministrator) PA Location: Job Function: Employment Contract Type: Division/Function: Publication ID: San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosi, Mexico Support Services Regular/Permanent, Full-Time Process Automation MX56024506_E1 Tasks - Answer/own and route telephone calls, emails, faxes, web-chats, person to person interaction, shared email box etc. from the customers of a specific Business Unit (principally parts and repair RFQs, Quotes, orders, invoices, warranties and credit/Debit memos).Follow up and execute the request to final completion and ensure customer is fully satisfied by working cooperatively with several other teams and groups to improve response time to customer inquiries, orders, and general questions, using daily reports to proactively respond to potential lead time delays of the BU Spare Parts and actively taking part in the continuous improvement of internal processes that serve ABB and its customers. - Create, maintain and follow up on a variety of documents using various software applications (CRM, SAP, LN, BOL/POL, web, EDI systems etc). Manipulate data on existing spreadsheets and/or database software programs, applying new formulas and formats, as applicable. -Transmit decisions and instructions for peers and supervisor plus maintain supervisor's calendar. Investigate and answer inquiries of a non-routine nature and respond to complaints, as assigned/authorized. -Disposition daily and monthly backlog to ensure timely fulfillment of customer's orders and expedited release of invoices to customers. 1 Technician B(Customer Srvice Aministrator) - Establish and maintain filing systems for a wide variety of documents including those of a highly confidential nature. -Monitor and reconcile a wide variety of accounts and inform team-Lead/supervisor of potential problems. Assist in preparing, analyzing and producing operational reports. -Achieve key targets for team by improving process and executing internal processes. - Prioritize work, delegate to support staff and provide guidance and initial training as applicable. Arrange for customer requested services such as order fulfillment, equipment repairs refurbishment, manage inventory levels, and shipments. - In case of a broken part, Engage in contacting the customer to expedite the documents needed back to ABB to avoid double work. -Complete administrative tasks as assigned and required by team. Tasks include new customer entry, printing of invoices, packlist, sales order acknowledgements, MSDS sheets, order status sheets, order history based on customer and any pertinent customer needed inquiries. Requirements Associates/Bachelors degree (2 or 4 years) and 3 to 5 years of experience. Skills – Organized, Attention to Detail, Excellent multi-line phone skills, Proficient with Excel, Lotus Notes, Internet Ordering Knowledge a plus etc. Experience: In the Service Industry specific to order fulfillment, supply chain management, Logistics, SAP Knowledge, Customer Service and EDI web based system experience.
