Tasks
- Manage full range of sales activities for Saudi Arabia to
ensure best-in-class performance
- Lead a team of experienced sales professionals
- Coordinate with other ABB entities worldwide as Deputy
Head of Sales for the EPC Unit.
- Meet/Exceed order intake targets at agreed gross margin
levels for Saudi Arabia
- Observe market trends, prices and key players
- Work in close cooperation with internal and external
partners, key suppliers, and sales accounts
- Successfully close technical and commercial negotiations
with customers
Requirements
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or
equivalent with at least 8-10 years' professional experience
- In-depth understanding of high-voltage substation
components and systems

- Well-developed entrepreneurial and organizational skills
- Ability to perform flexibly and professionally under pressure
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken –
Knowledge of Arabic would be an added benefit
